ORCID ID: 0000-0002-2655-3784
Anotation. In the scientific article on the basis of the analysis and theoretical substantiation the question of reflection of historical subjects in the Ukrainian art of the second half of the XX-th century is investigated. The author highlights the main issues and trends of cultural and artistic process, which were characteristic of the second half of the twentieth century. Accordingly, historical works of art (painting, graphics, monumental art) were subjected to devastating pressure associated with ideological dominance and regulation of certain images of heroes of Soviet history and reality, which at that time should represent the ideological load of the Soviet party system and its main ideologies. Under such conditions, the processes of creative artistic search, self-expression and freedom of artists who sought to update the artistic language, finding new means of expression became much more complicated. Accordingly, historical themes in works of art found expression only in “ideologically correct” plots and compositions that did not contradict the dominant Soviet ideology.

GREEK CATHOLIC CHURCH IN THE PERIOD OF THE RUSSIAN OCCUPATION OF EASTERN GALICIA AND NORTHERN BUKOVINA (1914–1917)

Vasyl Kovbasa

Postgraduate Student at the Department of History of Ukraine, Archeology and Special Historical Sciences
Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University (Ternopil, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0000-0003-1511-0707
Anotation. The article is devoted to the analysis of the patterns of formation and organization of the religious policy of the Russian occupation authorities in Eastern Galicia and Northern Bukovina during the First World War. The general tendencies of spreading Eastern Orthodox theology in the occupied territories are described. The sources of the investigation includes archival and historiographical materials. The study covers 1914–1917 (from the beginning of the First World War on June 28, 1914, to the February Revolution in 1917). The religious policy of the Russian government was the struggle against the Ukrainian national movement. Belonging to the Greek Catholic Church, which became a national-political institution, was one of the criteria for the national selfidentification of Ukrainians. Russian occupation would eliminate the core of the Ukrainian religious movement hostile to Russia and to establish Russia's national identity in the occupied territories. The using of the religious question to strengthen the Russian occupation authorities in Eastern Galicia and Northern Bukovina during 1914–1917 led to the opposite results. The politicization and ill-considered actions of Orthodox dignitaries, as well as the persecution of the Greek Catholic Church, not only did not increase the number of adherents of Orthodoxy, but also seriously discredited it.

Methods of lexicographic analysis were used to identify the lexico-semantic variants of central verbalizers; cognitive semantic analysis for the identification of cognitive features; the method of general scientific conceptual modeling to present the hierarchy of cognitive classification features of the concept TRAUMA. In the concept of TRAUMA there were identified three groups of cognitive classification features: universal features (“temporal character”, “general estimate”, “emotion”), classification features of classes (artefacts and mentefacts), and group classification features (the individual semes of “physical state”, “mental state”, “change of ordinary state”). Analysis of the verbalizers’ internal forms proves that root words and modern lexico-semantic variants contain common semes because of human nature to suffer from pain, experience changes in emotional, mental, physical states.

Analysis of the verbalizers’ internal forms proves that root words and modern lexico-semantic variants contain common semes because of human nature to suffer from pain, experience changes in emotional, mental, physical states.

INTERACTION “HUMAN-NOTARY – HUMAN-CLIENT – SOCIETY”

Nataliia Manoylo

Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Doctoral Student
National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, Private notary of Kyiv city notarial district (Kyiv, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0000-0002-6369-7437
Anotation. The article analyzes the peculiarities of the process of interaction of a person who holds the profession of a notary with people who need to certify certain rights and influence the interaction on society. The chosen topic is relevant for the Ukrainian state, which, despite its constitutional definition, appears only at the beginning of a complex process of establishing itself as a democratic and legal, free and independent in existence. Law, as we know, requires legislative and regulatory consolidation of human freedom. The will, in turn, directly depends on the psychological type of human, on his inherent type of temperament, in general on the character. This must be taken into account when forming a reasonable will. Moreover, the future lawyer, including those who associate their professional activities with the notary system, should be interested in what type it belongs to. After all, legal activity, like many other types of professional or public activities, is public. A person with a high level of education, but a weak psychological type of character, in addition to being an introvert, can not effectively influence society with the light of their knowledge.

ORCID ID: 0000-0002-1107-9258
Anotation. The article provides a comparative analysis of public opinion on environmental issues, climate change and their solutions in Ukraine and Germany in 2020–2021. It has been established that sociological research on this topic in Germany more often focuses on the problem of climate change, and in Ukraine – on a wider range of environmental problems, including pollution of water, air and soil. On the other hand, there is much less research on climate change in Ukraine. Also in the results of public opinion polls in Germany there is a predominance of concerns about climate change, and in Ukraine – about environmental pollution, including water or food quality. In both countries, public opinion prevails that the authorities are not doing enough to solve environmental problems, and there is a willingness to take certain actions to solve them at the household level. These are primarily waste sorting, “smart” consumption, reduced consumption of goods and energy efficiency.

ORCID ID: 0000-0003-2077-3898, ORCID ID: 0000-0001-8041-6222
Anotation. Consideration of the problem of attribution in the context of partners’ perception of each other indicates the importance of the processes of predicting and explaining the behavior of each of the communicants, which are carried out on the basis of identification and empathy mechanisms. This means that the qualities that stand out in oneself, the individual highlights in another. Otherwise, they try to determine the degree of similarity on the better / worse scale. Hence, the identification process itself follows the scheme “Му = He”, “Me > He”, “Me < He”. The reflexive aspect of communication also depends on the individual’s self-concept. The same can be said about empathy – putting yourself in the place of another, the individual nevertheless projects his own experiences on him. The presence of identification, reflection, and empathy in communication affects the course of attribution.

In the context of the global economic crisis caused by quarantine restrictions due to the spread of COVID-19, governments face serious threats to food security, which is exacerbated by climate change. The purpose of this article is to study the process of introduction of information technology in the relationship that arises between suppliers of agricultural products through electronic channels (information technology) for the promotion of agricultural products. The authors point to the growing role of digitalization in the marketing activities of agricultural enterprises and the importance of using electronic channels to promote agricultural products. It is substantiated that in order to choose the optimal channel it is necessary to take into account the influence of various factors that affect the profitability of sales of agricultural producers. The choice of electronic sales channel (or media) depends on the volume of production of a particular manufacturer. For large enterprises, the best option is a combination of promotion channels such as an electronic commodity exchange and an online store, and for small agricultural enterprises (such as farms) with limited production – their own website and e-trading platform. To reduce the number of intermediary structures and increase the profits of agricultural enterprises, it is advisable to use digital sales channels.
