Anotation. The material of the publication reflects the ways and consequences of managerial influences on the process of formation of person’s competence and worldview qualities, which are synthesized and generalized by the presented work. The expediency of our research has been correlated with the need to significantly increase the rating of natural sciences professions, which is catastrophically low today. Approved by the Cabinet of Ministers “Concept of development of natural and mathematical education (STEM-education)” and STEM-integration innovations of modern education focus on raising the level of natural science awareness of the individual, which will later contribute to important government programs. As a result of numerous approbations, scientific analysts, competitions, examinations, scientific conferences, dissertation discussions, etc., the defining lines of research and implementation were found, on the basis of which the following is substantiated: The formation of the highest levels of competencies and worldview (skills, abilities, beliefs, readiness to act, habit, author’s pedagogical credo) is a consequence of overcoming the crisis in education. An indicator of an individual’s readiness to achieve the outlined goals is his ability to fantasize, hypothesize, plan, develop projects and more. The use of author’s books in teaching students confirmed the effectiveness of the introduction of binary targeting technology.

The article attempts to characterize the role of in-school methodical work as one of the most active and effective forms in the process of professional development of primary school teachers. The content of education and upbringing there were corresponded to the policy of enslavement of the Ukrainian people, deprivation of its historical memory, national consciousness. The Ukrainian population was kept in cultural decline. But despite the historical processes that have left their mark on the development of education, and the teacher training as well – the methodical work at school was carried out almost constantly and fully took into account the requests and needs of teachers, dynamically responded to the needs of pedagogical practice. Its content was determined by the general objectives of state policy in the field of education and specific tasks related to the team or the teacher in particular.

ORCID ID: 0000-0002-0391-8568
Anotation. The aim of the study is to validate the Ukrainian version of the Dyadic Coping Inventory developed by G. Bodenmann. The validation was performed considering the standard procedure of adapting the foreign psychodiagnostic methods: the English version of the scale was translated into Ukrainian, with the following examination of test-retest reliability, internal consistency (alpha reliability), and validity. Using a sample of 306 married couples (N = 612) in Ukraine, the Ukrainian version of the DCI was validated by analyzing its factorial structure and psychometric properties. Results supported the theoretically assumed factorial structure of the DCI. The Ukrainian version of the DCI is a valid self-report instrument for assessing married couples’ coping in Ukraine.
