Anotation. In the article the process of forming professional mobility of future professional on the
basis of present day caregiveris analyzed. His valuably individual category as creativity is taken
into consideration.
According to the author, present necessitates new approaches to training, the most
important features of which are education, communicative competence, independence,
professional mobility, teaching skills, professional maturity, creativity, self-organization, selfdevelopment,
life-long education.
Provided five subsystems creative teacher of teachers: didactic, educational,
organizational management, self-improvement, social and educational. In this case, we note that
the methodological subsystem indirectly present in all subsystems creative teacher of teachers.
The author notes that professional mobility is closely connected with the knowledge
necessary to study the individual throughout life that is consonant with the actual educational
paradigm - teaching acmeologythat studies of teacher professional development, reaching the
tops of professionalism in professional training.
Professional mobility of the future teacher will appear in this case, the student will be able
to find their own solutions to specific teaching tasks and identify unconventional thinking skill to
find original solutions.
