Anotation. Abstract. The relevance of the topic is determined by the analysis of the philosophical foundations of the Vedic worldview,
which were studied by world scientists. The subject of the study is the Vedic family and its values in the modern information
space of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is to update the Vedic methodology to find ways to revive the institution
of the family, to direct the attention of science to family relations and to introduce similar subjects into the school curriculum.
Dialectical, comparative and meta-anthropological methods were used as the methodological basis of the research.
The dialectical method helps to investigate Vedic philosophy, its historical course, the relationship between the loss
of Vedic values and the degradation of society. The comparative method makes it possible to compare Vedic and Western
family types. The meta-anthropological method provides an understanding of the family in everyday, marginal, and metamarginal
essential dimensions.
Understanding the essence of the Vedic family and its values makes it possible to look at the problems that arise in
a different way, helps to find oneself, and gives an understanding of how the universe is arranged.
