ORCID ID: 0000-0002-0577-5492
Anotation. Abstract. The relevance of the topic is determined by the analysis of the philosophical foundations of the Vedic worldview, which were studied by world scientists. The subject of the study is the Vedic family and its values in the modern information space of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is to update the Vedic methodology to find ways to revive the institution of the family, to direct the attention of science to family relations and to introduce similar subjects into the school curriculum. Dialectical, comparative and meta-anthropological methods were used as the methodological basis of the research. The dialectical method helps to investigate Vedic philosophy, its historical course, the relationship between the loss of Vedic values and the degradation of society. The comparative method makes it possible to compare Vedic and Western family types. The meta-anthropological method provides an understanding of the family in everyday, marginal, and metamarginal essential dimensions. Understanding the essence of the Vedic family and its values makes it possible to look at the problems that arise in a different way, helps to find oneself, and gives an understanding of how the universe is arranged.

Anotation. Abstract. The relevance of the research topic is determined by certain shifts in gender relations and their correlation with religious traditions. First of all, we are talking about world religions: Christianity, Islam and Buddhism. These religions have a long history, in which traditions have been formed that reflected the relationship between the sexes. And, while there have been no revolutions in Islam and Buddhism, there have been some changes in Christianity. The research methodology is based on principles and methods. As a starting point, the principle of objectivity implies strict objectivity, a specifically historical consideration of the subject, rejection of abstract stereotypes, and a black-andwhite view of the phenomena of religion or freethought. The principle of legal support for freedom of conscience is considered in the context of general philosophical, theological, ethical, aesthetic, political science and jurisprudential aspects. At the level of philosophy, religious studies uses general philosophical and socio-philosophical categories: being, consciousness, cognition, reflection, symbol, etc. As for the methods, we note that religious studies mainly uses three philosophical methods: dialectical, phenomenological and hermeneutical.

THE PARTICULAR QUALITIES OF DEVIANT COMMUNICATIVE PERSONALITY'S REPRESENTATION IN THE INTERNET SPACE

Nataliia Yelnikova

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Humanitarian Disciplines and Ukrainian Studies
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (Kharkiv, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0000-0002-5061-8226
Anotation. Abstract. The article attempts to analyze the peculiarities of the representation of a deviant communicative personality in the Internet space. The Internet creates a unique environment in which communication participants can exercise a greater degree of freedom, which unfortunately sometimes leads to deviant communication. The purpose of scientific intelligence is to define a deviant communicative personality and distinguish communicative types in the Ukrainian-speaking media space. The study of communicative types in the dynamics of language interaction allows us to understand how tense situations develop and intensify. Ukrainian-language comments in social networks, chat rooms and news portals became the material of the research. The work distinguishes between the concepts of «linguistic personality» and «communicative personality», and presents its own interpretation of the term «deviant communicative personality». It is noted that various types of conflict interaction can be manifested through trolling, aggressive comments, cyberbullying and other forms of deviant communication. These phenomena can be rooted both in the individual psychological traits of the participants and in broader sociocultural contexts. The study of verbal and non-verbal techniques of communicative types helps to understand the nature of deviant communication, as well as its contextual factors.

Marharyta Kirieieva

Assistant at the Department of Translation and Slavic Philology
Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University (Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0000-0002-7873-2215
Anotation. Abstract. In the article, based on the study of modern literary publications, genre features and varieties of ecofiction literature were identified and characterized. It has been established that ecological literature is a collection of fiction (prose, poetry, drama) and nonfiction (documentary, popular science) works about nature, the environment, about the interaction of nature and human, dedicated to the depiction / reproduction of nature, natural phenomena, laws of nature and / or coverage of environmental issues. The definition of the concept of «genre ecofiction» is formulated, which is understood as prose works of art, in which not only the pictures of nature and / or its flora and fauna are depicted, but also the complex relations of human with the environment, most often in the aspect of a certain ecological problem, are shown. Genre characteristics of ecofiction works are determined: ecological themes; ecological problems; the duality of ecological conflict; nature is the subject of the story; contradiction of the opposition protagonist / antagonist; the main artistic tools are personification, often partial, and artistic detailing; didactic and educational potential. A promising direction for further research is the ecocritical analysis of ecofiction works of Ukrainian childrenʼs literature.

LOVE IN THE BOUNDARY HUMAN BEING: FROM TRAGIC COLLISIONS OF INFATUATION TO HOPE AND FAITH

Nadiia Pavlenko

Postgraduate Student at the Department of Philosophy
Center for Humanitarian Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0000-0001-9739-7494
Anotation. Abstract. In this article, the problem of love was considered on the methodological basis of N. Khamitov's metaanthropology, in the framework of which human existence can be conditionally divided into ordinary, boundary and metaboundary, which unfold sequentially. On the basis of the analysis, it was established that in the boundary being, love is identified with infatuation, but, in contrast to ordinary being, infatuation acquires a more significant role for the person, because it is preceded by an existential experience of longing; as well as a more tragic content, because infatuation fades rather quickly without turning into love, leaving a person aware of his or her inner loneliness. Love as infatuation in the boundary being can either enhance creative inspiration or be a reason to manipulate the Other. It has been proven that the tragedy of infatuation, loneliness and the resulting self-destruction can be overcome by hope and faith in love. A positive aspect of experiencing love in the boundary being is the realization of love for one's personality – the desire for such inner purification and self-improvement that makes a person worthy of love, capable of truly loving the Other and evoking love for oneself.

PARENTS' ASSESSMENT OF CHILDREN'S EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF WAR: SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CORRELATES OF CHANGES

Halyna Bevz

Doctor of Psychology, Professor, Head of Department of Psychology of Communication, Institute for Social and Political Psychology of
National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0000‐0003‐2487‐5429
Anotation. Abstract. The article reveals the factors of changes in children's education during the war. The results presented are part of a study of the processes of education reform in Ukraine. It was found that socio-psychological factors of family instability (freelance work, moving, changing schools) can reduce a child's satisfaction with learning. Surpassing parental resources in a situation of war can prevent a child from receiving a quality education. Parents consider a child's stay in permanent war conditions to be a risk of lowering their sense of confidence, well-being, comfort, and the acquisition of educational competencies. The cognitive component and parental involvement in helping the child with homework is reduced in the communication between parents and their child. The situation of war increases the individual activity of parents in expressing their opinions, striving to improve the school conditions for their children, and participating in school decisions at the level of administration. The war intensifies the transition of schools to indirect forms of education and communication and increases the requirements for indicators of its sustainability.

Unfortunately, many of Dyakiv's works are poorly researched, but it is an indisputable fact that they are still relevant today. Seeking to free himself from Bolshevik oppression, O. Dyakiv believed that the main goal of the national liberation movement was the Ukrainian national revolution. He argued that the cause of the national liberation movement for independence lies solely on the shoulders of the Ukrainian people. That is why he insisted that a strong and capable army was needed. Nevertheless, he considered all nations that aimed to fight against the Bolshevik imperialists to be allies. O. Dyakіv directed his ideas of the national liberation movement to unite not only the Ukrainian people, but also other Eastern European peoples who were threatened by the totalitarian system of the USSR. Hence, his ideological and political writings and articles were known far beyond the borders of the USSR and became a powerful weapon in the fight against Bolshevism.

Iryna Zanevska

PhD Student
of the West Ukrainian National University (Ternopil, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0000-0002-9693-6799
Anotation. Abstract. International practice shows that the introduction of innovative medicines and medical technologies stimulates progress in the treatment of serious diseases and extends people's life expectancy. Ensuring the population's access to the latest drugs is important in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes, which prevail in Ukraine and often become the cause of death. Innovations in the field of medicine contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of both individual patients and society in general. This is done by providing the latest products, technologies, and treatment services that work better in today's environment. They also contribute to the implementation of effective ways of organization and management, as well as control over measures in the field of medicine, which will contribute to the improvement of the quality of medical services. All of the above requires proper legal settlement of the problems of ensuring protection guarantees, the formation of effective measures and mechanisms for the implementation of these guarantees, the main of which is the patenting of objects of intellectual property rights in the field of medicine. Therefore, in order to create a proper protection of the specified objects and the rights of their owners and the patenting institute functions, the procedure for registering patents at the national or international level is developed and regulated. The purpose of the article is to carry out a scientific and legal analysis of the features of patenting of intellectual property rights in the field of medicine, to identify problematic aspects and ways to solve them. To achieve this goal, general scientific methods, including analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization, were used in the work.

Oleksandra Zernova

Post-graduate student of the Department of Criminology and Criminal Executive Law
National Academy of Internal Affairs (Kyiv, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0009-0000-0841-4273
Anotation. Abstract. The purpose of the article is to determine the features of the process of identifying the child’s appearance and to develop proposals in the part related to checking the child’s passport during passport control. The following methods of scientific knowledge were applied in the study: monographic, system and structural, normal and dogmatic method, sociological, logical, method of summarization. Research results. The study of the identification of the child’s appearance requires a comprehensive approach to defining a number of problems and features, since this process is used during the investigation of criminal offenses (for example, the search for missing and kidnapped children), when analyzing seized materials related to child abuse. Identification is important when passing a child across the border or issuing a passport. Conclusions. During identification, one of the factors complicating this process is the term for which the passport is issued. Another gap is the lack of structured information about the child’s appearance with a clear description of gradual age changes.

THE PHENOMENON OF THE DISTANT FAMILY OF LABOR MIGRANTS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PROBLEM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Olha Zinsu

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law (Kyiv, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0000-0003-3801-6203
Anotation. Abstract. The article examines theoretical and practical aspects of family-family relations in a distant family. The choice of the research subject is due to the need for a logical continuation of the scientific knowledge of a selective demographic segment, voiced in the author's dissertation. It is clarified and formulated that the distant family is one of the private institutions of the social institution of the family, the characteristic feature of which is long-term, without physical presence, family-marital relations at a distance. Taking into account the categorical variability of distant family modalities, the author exclusively analyzed the spectral positions of the distant family of labor migrants, whose members have been in foreign or domestic migration for a long time. It was concluded that the long-term physical absence of one of the spouses in "distant families" negatively affects the upbringing of children in general and married life in particular. The specified modules of the problems of domestic violence in the families of labor migrants make it possible to ascertain the social significance of the research of this segment and serve as a reference point for further scientific explorations of the problems of distant families and domestic violence. Prospects for further research may be related to a differential approach to the study of other, no less important, modalities of the distant family.

Anotation. Abstract. The scientific article focuses on the study and analysis of issues related to the legal regulation of financial monitoring and the subjects of primary financial monitoring as individual participants in economic and legal relations. An analysis of the problems of the functioning of financial monitoring in Ukraine and directions for its improvement has been conducted. The article emphasizes the dynamics of the information received by the State Service within the criteria of financial monitoring over the past few years. The processes of functioning and the peculiarities of the formation of the financial monitoring system in Ukraine are defined in the article. It is clarified that in case of improper identification, verification, and checking, the National Bank of Ukraine applies measures of influence to banks and financial companies. The level of information support and the prospects for the development of both the financial monitoring system in Ukraine as a whole and the State Service of Financial Monitoring, in particular, are investigated. An analysis is conducted regarding Ukraine's participation in the Committee of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti- Money Laundering Measures and the Financing of Terrorism (MONEYVAL) within the Council of Europe. The directions for the implementation of digitalization and the prospects for development in the field of financial monitoring in Ukraine are outlined. International cooperation is identified as the main factor in accelerating the qualitative development of the financial monitoring system in Ukraine, including the implementation of recommendations from the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) – an intergovernmental organization aimed at developing and implementing international measures and standards to combat money laundering. Research on the problems of legal regulation of financial monitoring is an important direction for improving specialized legislation, including the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention and Counteraction to Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime, Financing of Terrorism, and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction," which is aimed at ensuring the stability and security of the financial system.

Daria Muslimova

Postgraduate Student at the Department of Administrative Law
Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv, Ukraine)
ORCID ID: 0000-0001-5198-3711
Anotation. Abstract. The scientific article is devoted to the study of the methodology and approaches used at the current stage by the United States of America to ensure the effective participation of citizens in the management of state and local affairs. Using general scientific methods of information analysis and synthesis, the advantages and disadvantages of the American model of public participation in the management process are determined. In particular, it was established that the priority role of public participation in the USA was formed gradually and through a constant and comprehensive search for answers to citizens' requests. Researchers of the American public administration system indicate the need to define specific methods and ways of establishing communication with citizens, active involvement of society in solving administrative tasks. To a large extent, the achievements of scientific and technical progress come in handy in this matter, namely today's possibility of using information technologies in all spheres of human life. Thus, the use of online tools for public participation in public administration allows to simplify and speed up this process for both the state and citizens, which, in turn, increases the chances of involving a significant number of the population in participating in administration.
