Anotation. On the basis of generalizing the provisions of the leading experts in criminalistics pertaining to the content of the urgent investigative acts, which are conducted during investigating crimes committed in the places of confinement, the author grounds the recommendations concerning using in the criminalistic tactics the urgent investigative acts with the aim of successful revealing, fixing and seizing evidence of criminal acts, that are committed in the establishments of enforcing sentences.

The article presents the mutual translatability problems existing between the functional theory in the philosophy of mind and some models of the theory of truth in a language based on article Willfrida Sellars Truth and "correspondence". Work Sellarsa gives you the opportunity to reflect on the classical model of the theory of correspondence of truth, which is the classic source of the theory team. Anotation. This article describes the application of the technique of using analogies to explain the formation of diffraction patterns, which determine the parameters of periodic structures. The process of obtaining a diffraction pattern of light from a point source in the visible spectrum is demonstrated. And its successive passage through two diffraction gratings are describes During the rotation of one grating with respect to an axis perpendicular to the planes of both arrays, there is a diffraction pattern which resembles the form of radiographs, obtained by the method of Laue. Anotation. The aim of the article is the analysis of the essence, structure and functions of the game technologies of formation the communicative culture of the future specialists in engineering. In article the essence of the concept of the communicative culture and the peculiarities of its formation of students in higher technical educational institutions reveals. Various game technologies as a kind of interactive technologies are analyzed; the algorithm of the game technology is offered. Anotation. Political parties are considered as institutions of political system; various social and political forces are trying to manipulate them. Political parties serve as the subjects of politics and take an active part in the formation and implementation of state policy. In the framework of these issues we consider the level of trust to institutions of the political system with more details. The current state of development of political parties in establishing a parity of interaction with public authorities to implement public policy is investigated. The determining the place and role of political parties in Ukraine is analyzed.

Anotation. The article is about one of the key programmes in the current criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine related to the display at the legislative level to prevent crimes that are defined, in particular, the law on criminal liability. This problem, as practice shows, the main factor contributing to the occurrence of repeated and recurrent crimes, since criminal proceedings none of the subjects of procedural activities is not obliged to reveal the reasons and conditions of committing socially dangerous acts.

INTERNATIONALIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL SPACE

Anotation. The basic stages of internationalization are distinguished in the article. Internationalization is shown at the level of separate universities. The problems of higher education are analysed. The major stimulus of internationalization of the programs of studies is все greater influence of international professional associations. Hasty growth of the international trading in professional services induced the representatives of many professions to organize the activity at an international level. These professional associations in earnest embarked on the decision of such questions, as a quality guarantee, minimum standard requirements, criteria of professionalism, accreditation and others like that. Architects, psychologists, accountants and representatives of many professions, try to work out international standards which would result in greater co-ordination of curricula and criteria of quality.

Anotation. This article reveals the historical and ethnic-folk sources of Ukrainian national style of classical music. It's revealed that the role of tools in the history of Ukrainian classical music is pretty significant. We proved that composers, performers, teachers, instrumental artists for centuries have declined the art of the game, encouraging its evolutionary development. Over time solo, chamber, orchestral works have become more complex artistic tasks before performers. Each nation brings to the ethnic and cultural development of the individual . For example, romanticism is not only for aesthetic reasons but also national character. Thus, there is a national identity, a shared historical context , artistic patterns, both universal and national. Part of Ukrainian culture to artistic creation is explained by two methodological principles : the principle of continuity in the history of the Ukrainian people, according to which the consideration of the Genesis of the life of the nation in historical perspective should be considered in the context of the early stages, as the connectedness and continuity of life of the people is not interrupted . The second provision states that there is only one national historic backbone of Ukrainian culture it is of endogenic nature and it feeds on exogenous experience. Thus, the history of Ukrainian culture is not a set of disparate facts , names, terms, and holistic socio-cultural processes, it is an integrated process.

Anotation. In the article it is researched a phenomenon of scream as a key element of expressionistic poetics. On the material of Boryslav short stories by Ivan Franko it is demonstrated the role of scream in expressing pain, suffering, despair and loneliness of a person. At the same time it is singled out the following functional types: scream-warning, scream- catharsis, scream-phobia, scream-pain. By the analysis of Ivan Franko‘s works in the context of expressionism aesthetics it is proved not only the presence of the elements of this modernist branch in the writer‘s works, but also his involvement in the confirmation of his doctrine on Ukrainian national grounds.

Anotation. For young people (youth) value-oriented activity of their consciousness, search for the meaning of life, self-identification of all or at least the main moral, aesthetic, political ideals are in the first place. Being on the threshold of social maturity, youth is characterized by the search and choice of goals, life perspectives and ways and means of their realization. There continues to rise the role of out of family communication, mass-media as important sources of knowledge, values, ethics, goals and behaviour. Belonging to a wider range of ethnic and cultural values leads to the appearance of new needs, value orientations and directions associated with general social conditions. The distinctive quality of cultural youth leisure is emotional colouring, the existence of bringing into each possibility the opportunity to do favourite things, meet interesting people, visit places significant for them, be the participants of important events. Youth leisure lays in young man/woman such habits and skills which will later fully define his/her attitude to free time. Just at this stage of a person‘s life the individual style of leisure and rest is produced, the first experience of organizing the free time is gained, the commitment to this or that occupation appears . In the early years there determines the principle of organizing and spending free time - creative or vice versa. One person will be enticed by journeys, the other – by fishing, the third – by invention, the fourth – by various entertainment.

NEW DIRECTIONS FOR RESEARCH IN PRAGMATICS AND MODULARITY

Anotation. This paper considers the relation between the pragmatic abilities used to interpret communicative behaviour and more general mind-reading abilities used to interpret ordinary actions. According to the classical Fodorian view (Fodor 1983), pragmatics and mindreading are central cognitive systems which are used to attribute mental states to others on the basis of general-purpose reasoning abilities. I will outline an alternative, relevance theoretic account on which mind-reading is a dedicated inferential module, and pragmatics is a sub-module of the mind-reading module, with its own special-purpose principles and mechanisms.

LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IN RELATION TO NATIONAL MINORITIES OF STANYSLAVIV REGION IN THE TWENTY YEARS OF THE TWENTIETH CENTURY

Anotation. The given article considers the features of the legal proceedings in relation to national minorities in Stanyslaviv province in the government politics of the Second Polish Republic in the 1920s. The main attention is paid to the action of Stanyslaviv District Court and Kolomyia District Court and their place in judiciary system of interwar Poland. Some aspects of judicial and police repression on the lands of Stanyslaviv province are indicated. The information from the documents of the State Archives of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast representing the activities of the courts in Eastern Galicia in the composition of the Second Polish Republic is used. It is emphasized, that in the modern conditions of the social integration it is advisable to analyze, research and use the experience of Poland for the development of a highly democratic state taking into consideration historical, ethnic, cultural and others features of the Ukrainian nation.
