Anotation. An attempt is made to pedagogical comprehension of the mental construct of spirituality in national education, in particular in the primary school of the rural area, the ability to preserve the world's understanding of human, the possibility of education of future generations in the spirit of community, social responsibility, the transfer of values of the peasant world, preservation of spiritual continuity of generations. The urgency of the affected problem is conditioned by the peculiarities of the functioning of the primary school in rural areas as a centuries-old spiritual center of the village, which occupies a significant place in the educational system, performing not only educational but also mentally-oriented function - preservation of the genetic potential of the Ukrainian ethnos. Mentally-lining function of a comprehensive educational institution of rural areas, certain aspects of the activity of teachers, their special mission is considered in the context of scientific achievements and time requirements.

Anotation. The article is devoted to the study of legal changes that should be made regarding special types of exemption from criminal liability for corruption crimes. The necessity of creating new articles in the Criminal Code of Ukraine related to counteraction to corruption was argued. It has been determined how these transformation of norms will affect the mechanism of law enforcement of incentive norms in general, and on the designated institute of special dismissal in particular.

INTERMEDIAL COMMUNICATION OF PETER KARMANSKYI'S POETRY WITH VISUAL ARTS (PAINTING, SCULPTURE, ARCHITECTURE)

Anotation. The inter-artistic correlations of Peter Karmansky's poetry with painting, sculpture and architecture are studied, an attempt is made to classify them. Intermediality is examined as the synchronic projection of the writer's intertextual poetics. The author uses the classification of literary and musical borrowings, developed by Stephen P. Scher, and adapts it to artistic interactions of literature with visual arts. The most productive are verbal forms of engagement of painting, sculptures, and architecture, which, in the end, are reduced to an artistic phenomenon, defined by the term ekphrasis. The verbal type is mainly realized through hypotyposis, when one can observe the vividity of the writer’s style, his use of colors and landscape imaging. The projection of visual genres of arts onto the literary ones is limited to literary-painting correlations. The author have found traces of synthetic variants and conditional forms of inter-artistic interaction.

FOLK AND MYTHOLOGICAL IMAGE OF THE DEVIL IN THE UKRAINIAN ROMANTIC PROSE

Anotation. The article reveals and analyzes the interpretation uniqueness of folklore and mythological image of the devil in the prose works by G. Kvitka-Osnovyanenko, P. Kulish, M. Kostomarov, O. Storozhenko. The study sheds the light on the image genesis, functions, features, semantic peculiarities of the character in oral tradition and authors’ perception of it. The writers are fairy original in creating the literary image of the devil and are not confined to only one motive (“bargain with the devil” (faustian bargain), “selling one’s soul to the devil”, “Devil guards the treasures”, “devil fears the cross/holy water”, etc.). The authors synthesize the material according to their own individual aesthetic conception. Under these conditions, the archetypal for most cultures image of the devil has gained the semantic polyphony of a true literary character, which in the terms of the principle of confrontation/ interaction with the world of humans, has manifested itself in all significant ideological dimensions. The latter implies social pragmatics and philosophical importance, moral-ethical codes and multidimensional nature of art. Using the language of associations and mythological contaminations romanticists proclaim eternal categories of human entity (life - death, good - evil, sin - atonement).

Anotation. The article deals with topical issues of studying the pathogenesis of such violations of the gynecological sphere as pubertal hemorrhages, which have a significant prevalence among gynecological diseases of adolescent girls. The results of the study indicate a number of deformations within the symptom complex of masculinity / femininity, which makes it possible to talk about the presence of sex-role transformation of girls. This can become one of the pathogenic factors in the formation of diseases of the gynecological sphere, in particular pubertal hemorrhages.

STATE BORDERS FORMATION AND INSTITUTIONALIZATION

Anotation. The article summarizes the essence of the concept of "state border". Theoretical basics of establishment of state borders are considered. The successive stages of the establishment of the state borders are considered: alocation, delimitation and demarcation. The article deals with the legal regulation of border. The influence of external and internal factors on the formation of state borders is shown. The process of institutionalization of the border is investigated. The role of public institutions in the functioning of the border is considered. The importance of the border services (army, customs, law enforcement agencies in the operation of state borders) is highlighted. The article generalized tasks and functions of government institutions, mentioned above, in the areas of protection and the functioning of boundaries.

THE PEOPLE’S ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE FROM THE LOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE

Anotation. In the paper, the meaning of an utterance is considered from two perspectives: the logical and the psychological one. The logical approach takes into account a number of factors affecting the final meaning of the spoken words. These include, among others: tolerance of an utterance, its vagueness, generality, accent, indirect speech and contextuality. These factors are recognized intuitively by both the message sender and recipient. Otherwise, they could not reach an agreement. It turns out that this problem is considered not only in the logic but also in the field of psychology. Different levels of the ability to recognize the meaning of an utterance corresponds to different levels of empathy and therefore also a different level of communication ability. It seems that logical intuition and psychological empathy are highly convergent abilities. The aim of the paper is not to show that intuition and empathy are the same, but that the same issues are dealt with by various sciences, and therefore the efforts should be merged. In other words, this work is a kind of an incentive to undertake interdisciplinary research. If possible, such measures should replace efforts made in isolation from other disciplines.

Anotation. It is systematized the semantic load of categories - property, real estate, immovable property in the context of current law of Ukraine, and it is revealed the state of statistical observations in construction. It is made the analysis of the housing market in Ukraine based on statistical data for the period 2010-2015, it is analyzed the dynamics of capital investments in housing construction and the volume of commissioned housing in terms of economic regions of Ukraine, the rating of Ukraine’s regions at a cost and the total area of commissioned housing in 2016 is built. The problems of completeness official data on the Ukrainian real estate market are investigated. It is proposed to expand the range of indicators concerning the price of property, to improve accountability and to provide public access to statistical information on the real estate market in Ukraine.

Anotation. It is offered the scientific approaches and guidelines for substantiation management decisions in forest management. It is proposed the algorithm for decision-making under uncertainty with the use of fuzzy set theory. Applying the algorithm discussed in greater detail on the example of organization of production by the forestry enterprises. Implementation of the results and developed proposals on their basis to the practical work of management of forestry enterprises contribute to a better justification of management decisions on forest management and predictability of received financial and business results. The developed algorithm of substantiation management decisions on forest management in terms of risk can be integrated into practice implementation of the analytical monitoring system for forest management in the region.
