KELM - What is it?

KELM (Knowledge, Education, Law, Management) was founded in 2013 and was assigned ISSN 2353-8406, and since that time the journal has become a means of communication and exchange of scientific opinions, as well as presenting the most pressing problems existing on the state and internationally.

Foundation The Institute for Public Administration Administration of Lublin publishes the periodical (quarterly) scientific and practical journal KELM. One of the reasons we decided to create the journal was the desire to create an open space for discussion, within which it would be possible to present the results of our own scientific research, new approaches to a wide range of problematic issues in various fields of science.

It is well known that none of the scientific journals currently exist without the use of information technology, but only some make full use of the potential of these tools. The main concept behind KELM is to disseminate and share information from a wide range of audiences, which is why the electronic version is also available online, distributed via the Internet. Scientific articles, reviews and reviews in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian and other EU languages are accepted for publication. Members of the KELM Editorial Board are cordially invited to read the editorial requirements and are invited to cooperate.
